Mikael Bourdon: Senior consultant & MBB
at Siemens Mobile, Germany. Mikael is currently pioneering
the introduction of DFSS within the product creation process
at Siemens mobile phones. He also led in 2003 the first
DFSS pilot project at the Shanghai - China - development
centre of Siemens Mobile Phones. The pilot project was
awarded the second best DFSS project at the European IQ
Six Sigma Awards 2004, and will serve as content for a
whole chapter in the coming book from the INSEAD Business
School: "Global Innovation: Leveraging Knowledge Divers
ity" (Wilson K., 2004, INSEAD series in Management
Science ) Previously Mikael was responsible for the deployment
of Six Sigma at the Ericsson factory for mobile phones
in Linköping, Sweden. Mikael holds a M.Sc. in Mechanical
Engineering (France) and a M.Sc. In Industrial Engineering & Management
(Sweden).

Dag Kroslid: Is vice president manufacturing of
NorDan AS . NorDan is a leading manufacturer of wooden windows and doors in
Scandinavia, with around 800 employees. Previously Senior Manager within the
Business Risk Services of Ernst & Young. PhD in Industrial Engineering
and Management, specializing in Quality Technology and Management, and member
of the industry faculty at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden. Co-author
of the book: “Six Sigma – The Pragmatic Approach”. The first
(2000) and second (2003) editions were published in Chinese, English and German.
Peter Häyhänen: Is
Six Sigma Manager for Ericsson Group and Assistant Manager
Product Industrialisation in Business unit Transmission & Transport
Systems. He is one of Ericssons first four Black Belts
who were trained in 1996, since then he has been training
Black Belts and coaching Six Sigma deployment within Ericsson
for different functions and organizational units. Today
Peter works part time in Stockholm as responsible for Ericsson
Corporate Six Sigma management and the other part in Boras
as Product Industrialization Manager.
José Miguel Quintana: Is
MBB in Atlantic Copper, responsible for Six Sigma Deployment.
Previously Master Black Belt in GE Plastics.
Stefan Berg: Is a member of
the global Master Black Belt Team at Tenneco Automotive.
Located in Edenkoben, Germany, Stefan is the regional responsible
Master Black Belt for the Six Sigma Deployment at the Emission
Control group in Europe, focusing on Manufacturing, Advanced
Manufacturing and Engineering.
Enrique Garcia: Is a member of the Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
teams at Tenneco Automotive. Regional responsible of the Six Sigma deployment
at the Emission Control group in Spain and Portugal. Enrique is in contact
with Lean Manufacturing activities since 1999 and has done Lean Training with
the University of Michigan.
Manuel Villena: Is a member
of the Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing emission control
teams at Tenneco Automotive located in Valencia, Spain
he develops improvement projects focused on processes on
the shop floor. Trained at the University of Michigan.
Anna Nowak: Is a member of
the global Master Black Belt Team at Tenneco Automotive.
Located in Rybnik, Poland, Anna is the responsible Master
Black Belt for Six Sigma Deployment in Transactional Areas
of Tenneco Automotive such as HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance,
Distribution, IT, Global Supply Chain Management, Logistics
and deployment at Tenneco Automotive Europe Suppliers.
She is th e Lead Trainer for the Black Belts in Europe.
Andy Lidle: Is the Dupont Teijin
Films Global Six Sigma Champion leading the implementation
worldwide. Andy has several different positions in a range
of industries and technologies within ICI, Dupont and more
recently Dupont Teijin Films. These have been mainly at
the chemical processing and manufacturing interfaces and
have included Plastics, Advanced Materials, Composites
and Films.
Pedro Moreno: Manufacturing & Technology
Manager, Six Sigma deployment responsible in 3M Madrid.
Jürgen Illaert: Reckitt
Benckiser, Process Director Europe. Background Chemical
Engineer. Quality manger in Ladenburg Germany. Global QA
Manager for Dishwashing Products. His role today across
the European sites is the optimi zation of Production processes
regarding efficiency, quality, wa ste and energy. The Six
Sigma project started in 2003 its main objective being
to build a network of Six Sigma experts in the companies
eight large European sites.
Silvia Boaoin: Is an Electrical
Engineer, Master in Business Administration and a Specialist
in Production Engineering and Advanced Mathematics, presently
taking a PHD course at the University of São Paulo
in Production Engineering. She has been working as a Production
Engineer for 14 years and as a Professor at FECAP University
for 13 years. Also coordinate the Business Administration
Course in the same Academic Institution.
Enric Barba: Senior
Vice President of Quality and Customer Satisfaction and
responsible of the Six Sigma initiative in Terra Lycos,
the Internet portal of Telefónica. Previously he
was Manufacturing General Manager and Master Black Belt
in the Consumer Electronics Plant of Sony Spain. He has
a PhD in Telecommunication Engineering and a Master in
Organization and Business Management. He is co-author of
the book ( in Spanish) Six Sigma; an initiative of Total
Quality (2001 ).
Dieter Szemkus: Six Sigma Traîner.
Extensive business and leadership qualification gained
during 19 years of service (1982 – 2001) for several
international companies, with management responsibilities
in the areas of development, process engineering and quality
management. Chemical Engineer and Six Sigma Master Black
Belt.
Jose Costas: Six Sigma Master
Black Belt at Johnson Controls in Spain and Portugal area.
Previously IT manager. Teaches “business administration” at
Valladolid University. Has published several articles in
magazines such as “Capital Humano”, “Manutención
y Almacenaje”, "Calidad" and has participated
in several teaching activities in logistics and software. |
